Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information I collect, why, and how I take care of it.

What I collect

When you sign up for a free gift, my emails, or book a session, I collect the information you give me, like your first name and email address. If you book a session or buy something, I may also collect details needed to deliver it, like your phone number or payment information (payments are handled securely by trusted payment providers; I never see or store your full card details).

Like most websites, this site may use cookies to keep things working smoothly and to understand how visitors use it.

Why I collect it

- To send you what you asked for, like a free practice or guide

- To send you emails with insights, offers and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

- To deliver sessions, programs and products you sign up for

- To reply when you reach out to me

I will never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who helps me

I use trusted tools to run my business, including Systeme.io (website and email), Google Workspace (email and file storage) and Stripe (secure payments). These services store information on my behalf and may store it outside of Canada. They are required to protect it.

Session privacy

Anything you share with me in a session is held in confidence. I keep session notes and recordings private and secure, and I don't share them with anyone without your permission, unless required by law.

Your choices

- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.

- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you at any time.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and I only keep it as long as I need it for the reasons above.
