Then life got louder.
Divorce. Single motherhood. A thyroid disorder, chronic pain, my body sending messages I kept trying to outrun. And then — within a few short years — I lost my sister, my dad, and my stepdad.
One after another.
Grief has a way of stripping everything back to what's real.
And in that stillness — in the wreckage and the quiet — I finally stopped running. I stopped fixing.
I stopped performing.
And I started coming home to myself.
That's when everything changed. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But deeply, truly, permanently.
What changed everything wasn't one thing.
