My Journey…
A path of reconnection — returning to the wisdom within, healing old stories, and coming home to my true self.

The Early Years: Carrying Stories That Weren’t Mine

I didn’t always know how to love myself — or even believe that I could.

I was born to teenage parents doing their best with what they had, yet my early life carried the ache of abandonment, rejection, and confusion.

From a young age, I carried not only my own pain but also the weight of generations before me — the patterns of silence, survival, and self-sacrifice that quietly shape so many families.

I learned to chase love and belonging by trying to be “enough” for everyone else… all while quietly believing I wasn’t enough for me.

Over time, I came to understand that these experiences weren’t punishments — they were invitations from my soul to grow, heal, and remember who I really am.

The Body as a Messenger

My body was never the enemy. It was the messenger.

Every symptom, every struggle was my soul's way of getting my attention.

When I began working in fitness, I poured myself into helping others feel strong and capable.

Yet I began to see the same struggle reflected back to me — people working so hard to change their bodies while still feeling empty, unseen, or not enough inside.

True transformation wasn’t about the body alone.

No amount of workouts or clean eating could touch the wounds of unworthiness and self-betrayal that lived beneath the surface — in them, or in me. My own body began externally showing, the true story.

I didn’t know it yet, but life was preparing me for a deeper kind of healing — one that would ask me to slow down, let go, and finally listen.

Motherhood, Healing and Letting Go

Motherhood opened my heart in ways I never knew possible — and also revealed the places within me that still needed love.

During those years, while my children were young, I was navigating divorce, single parenting, financial stress, and strained family relationships.

My body eventually began to speak the truth I hadn’t yet voiced.
A thyroid disorder, chronic back pain, and sciatica — later linked to scoliosis — all became signals.
As time went on, deeper messages surfaced through my feminine bodygentle but persistent reminders to nurture myself, release old grief, and make peace with parts of me I had long ignored.

Each symptom became a mirror, reflecting the emotional and energetic weight I’d been carrying for far too long.

Beneath the surface were buried emotions of abandonment, rejection, guilt, and shame — not only mine, but echoes of generations before me.

It was as if my body was carrying the load of it all, trying to get my attention — guiding me to finally listen, slow down, and begin to heal from the inside out.

As my sons entered their teenage years, life called me even higher.
Supporting them through their own challenges invited me to step fully into who I was meant to be — a steady, grounded presence of unconditional love, stability, faith, and understanding.

That shift — from control to trust — changed everything.
Healing began to ripple outward.

Through mindset work, emotional release, belief re-patterning, holistic remedies, and clean, healthy nutrition, my energy began to return, my body came back into balance, and my heart opened in a way it never had before — not through striving, but through surrender.

Love, Alignment & Divine Timing

After years of healing and deep surrender, I began to see how everything — every challenge, every ending, every ache — had been guiding me home to myself.

When I stopped striving to fix or prove, and instead began living from peace and trust, something beautiful happened.

My energy shifted.

My frequency rose.

And love — true, grounded, soul-level love — found its way to me.

But it wasn’t by chance.

I had finally learned how to love myself first.
To see my own worth.
To treat myself with the same tenderness, respect, and devotion I’d spent years giving to others.

From that space, I began “scripting” my life differently — journaling, visualizing, and speaking into being the kind of love I desired to give and receive.
Not from longing, but from alignment.
Not from fear, but from knowing.

I got quiet.
I got clear.
And I let go of the search — trusting that when I was ready, so would he be.

And then, in divine timing — he appeared.

Dan and I had known each other since we were eleven, yet hadn’t crossed paths in over twenty years. When we reconnected, it was as if no time had passed at all. Our souls simply recognized one another.
There was an instant peace — a feeling of “There you are.”

Together, we’ve built a beautifully blended, crazy fun yet grounded, joy-filled life — one rooted in faith, freedom, laughter, and love.

Just when life felt steady — grounded in love, peace, and new beginnings — another chapter was already being written behind the scenes.
It’s as though God, in infinite wisdom, knew I would need the strength, faith, and partnership I had found with Dan.
Because in the years that followed, life would ask me to walk through even deeper initiations — the kind that crack the heart wide open, not to break it, but to awaken it.

Life brought another profound chapter — the passing of my sister, my dad, and my stepdad in close succession.

Grief became both teacher and mirror, showing me that the heart doesn’t break to destroy us — it breaks to expand our capacity for love.

In the stillness that followed, I began to sense their presence in new ways — through signs, dreams, and quiet moments of knowing.

It was as if the veil between worlds had thinned, reminding me that love truly never ends.

That’s when QHHT found me — a divine tool that helped me understand the soul’s continuity, purpose, and peace.

Through it, I came to see that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about coming home to the truth within and reconnecting to the infinite wisdom of the soul.

Everything I’ve lived, lost, and learned has become part of the medicine I now carry.

Through this work, I’ve witnessed what can happen when we align with the soul —
healing experiences, renewed relationships, and an inner peace that ripples outward into every area of life.

True transformation isn’t just about healing — it’s about thriving, creating, and becoming everything you were always meant to be.

You are the change. You are the success story. You are the miracle.

If something within you is stirring, yet you’re not quite ready to take the next step — stay close.

Inspiration has a way of finding you when the time is right.
